Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (3 to 4 days if imprinted). We
generally
ship via UPS, then mail a separate invoice. In a few rare
instances, a shipping
charge may not appear on your order during
checkout. We will add the correct
charge to your invoice and credit card
payment. All our invoices show a deduction
for any credit card payments.
To check the status of an order, click the “Your Account” link in the
upper right
corner of any page and login to your account. Orders that
are awaiting shipment
are defined as Pending while orders that have
shipped are labeled Closed.
Returns:
Send back any unused item, within 30 days, for full credit, exchange or
refund.
