We download orders from the server during each business day and
process them with orders received by phone, mail and fax.

Credit Cards:
If you are ordering from Selectform for the first time we ask that you
pay by credit card. For repeat customers use of a card is optional.

We accept only American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
